Refund policy

Policy Duration
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns are only accepted if a replacement product is unavailable (i.e., the item is out of stock).
If the customer does not wish to receive a replacement product, they may opt for an alternative item of equivalent value or request a store credit coupon of the same value.

For any return or replacement request, customers must provide an uncut box opening video clearly showing the label on the received product and invoice included inside also with condition of the product at the time of delivery. This video must begin before the package is opened and continue until the item is fully unboxed, without any edits or interruptions. This helps us verify any claims of damage, defects, or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We request customers to carefully inspect their order upon delivery. In case of any defect, damage, or receipt of an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Refunds are only applicable on regular-priced items. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund Process (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a processing delay.

  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required before the refund is posted.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only provided for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to initiate the process.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
